Chapter One - Human Evolution

In this first chapter, we focus on explaining evolution, how it works, where it can be seen, and how it shapes our lives.

Use the image of the gorilla retrospectively, we do not come from the gorilla but we share many things with them, right? Why is that? Why are we so sure that this happened that way and why can't it be denied? Allow us to tell you a history, a history that belongs to all of us, from the beginning to the end to the present and future, and to the meaning of life.

Chapter Two - Human Senses

Have you heard that humans only have five senses? Sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing. Well, this category is just one way to classify a big part of the human experience. But the reality is that human receives many other inputs that can be included or not in a bigger list. Other senses include balance, proprioception, internal temperature and many more.

Come to this pace and discover what the human body can actually do, which senses are you more connected with, and how this can be related with our mental health.

Chapter Three - Child Memories

Do you have vivid memories from your childhood? Have they influenced your adult life in any way? If so, you’re not alone—and we’d like to explain why childhood memories are so significant.

As children, we perceive the world in a completely different way. Everything seems larger, and every experience is new and exciting. During this time, we form concepts and beliefs that stay with us for life. These early impressions are crucial—they shape our personalities, influence the relationships we build, and even guide the decisions we make every day.

Chapter Four - Non-human Intelligence

What is intelligence? Is it something we can measure, and if so, how does it work? How does consciousness relate to intelligence, and what does it mean for animals?

For a long time, humans believed we were the most intelligent beings on Earth. But we are also the ones who define what intelligence is. So, what exactly are humans "good for," and can we apply the same standards to other animals? Is intelligence about building things, flying, or speaking?

Consider this: if we placed a baby in the forest, the baby wouldn’t instinctively know how to build a house. So, what truly separates humans from other animals? The answer might be simpler than you think.

Chapter Five - Death culture is dying

We often think of death as something distant, something that will come after a long journey, and that we are somehow invincible when we are young. The reality is that some people are very aware of when their time is near—specifically, the very ill or elderly.

In ancient times, death was something to be expected. It was easy to recognize the signs, and often, it was inevitable. This awareness of death remained with us until modern medicine allowed us to combat many diseases and accidents. We overcame death in many ways and extended human lifespans. But what happened to the knowledge of dying? Has it been lost forever? What was death like in the past, and what do different cultures teach us about it? How can this knowledge offer us a new perspective on dying?
